Shipping Method
Onlyecig offers Register Airmail and EMS and DHL for our customers. It takes 7-10 business days for EMS delivery and 10-25 business days for Registered Air Mail in regular season and 3-5 business days for DHL in regular season.

According to our customers'  feedbacks, delivery time of Registered Air Mail is longer for Russian and Brazilian customers, sometimes, the waiting time would be even 50 days. It is highly recommended for Russian customers to choose EMS and DHL.
American customers please do choose EMS and DHL if possible 40 days delivery time is unacceptable for you, as airmail to United States are always detained(not seized) by customs, which will delay the delivery.

1、EMS (7-10 business days)
Please note that EMS and Register airmail is provided by China post. Both of them need recipient sign for the parcel. If you fail to contact with post office within the prescribed time limit (It's up to your local post policy). It will be returned to us as " Unclaimed".  As soon as we receive your order, we would like to refund you the goods cost or re-ship your order on receiving your shipping fee.
Track My Order
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, your account will be filled with a waybill number and you will be sent a shipping notification email. Please sign-in and get your waybill number at "My Account".
EMS (7-10 Business days)
Once you get the waybill number, please wait for 2-3 days to track your order online as live tracking information is only available after the package is scanned by the post company. You can get tracking information at China EMS website http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp about 2-3 days later.
Sometimes, Chinese EMS site doesn't provide detailed tracking information for the pacakge. You can also get the further information at your local postal site. Please find the website at http://www.ems.com.cn/jsp/track/ttq/e-cha-xun-lian-jie.html or http://www.ems.coop/site/Main.php?Oid=273&Lid=1

2、DHL (3-5 business days)
Count from when the parcel pass to DHL storage, the normal delivery time is 3-5 weekdays(this time means when mail online till addressee get mail), except special situation, the delivery time also depends on local custom clear time and flight schedule.

Sometimes if there is a delivery problem, our customer service staff will personally contact DHL China to assist you, meanwhile you also can contact your local DHL yourself, and maybe the problem will be solved quicker.

3、Registered Air Mail (10-25 business days)
Once you get your waybill number, please wait for 3-6 days to track your parcel online. It takes a longer time for China post to scan Airmail parcel. You can get departure information at China Airmail site http://sc.hongkongpost.com/gb/app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp about 3-6 days later.
Note: Except Japan, US, South Africa, Hungary, China post will only show departure information and won't update arrival and delivery status.
For packages shipped to the following countries,you can get the tracking information at the local post website about 12 days after the package is shipped (at this point the package should have arrived at the destination country). If you don't know the website, please contact us.
Austrilia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Korea South, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Switzerland,Turkey.

As far as we know, there is no online postal site available for packages to other countries.
If you are still unable to track your parcel, feel free to contact us. Please attach your order number, member ID or full name for us to check.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order request has been received by us, it will be shipped out within 48 hours on weekdays. You can get your order status and waybill number at "MY ACCOUNT".

Calculate Shipping Costs
1、Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the number and weight of items in your order, as well as the shipping method  chosen. For this reason, the price displayed on product information pages does not include shipping.
2、To estimate shipping cost for any product item or combination of items:
On the item's product information page, click the Add to Cart button . You will be then taken to your Shopping Cart page.
3、View the total shipping costs for the items in your cart under Estimate Shipping Costs at the bottom of the page.
4、Choose the country you want your order delivered to from the Ship to: drop down menu for a more accurate calculation of your shipping costs.
5、You can also access your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Cart  at the top of every page on Onlyecig.com.

Note: Adding an item to your shopping cart puts you under no obligation to order. If after viewing estimated shipping costs you no longer wish to order an item, simply click Delete next to the item name in your shopping cart to remove it.
