I purchased wrong items, how  could I do?
Generally, we ship all orders within 48hours (90% within 24hours) in work days. You can sign in to "My Account" to check your order status anytime.

If your order shows "Pending", please email us ASAP with items you want to change, we will amend your order as soon as possible.

Note that your order maybe left our warehouse and it is too late for us to make it right. You can return it for a refund as soon as you receive it, hope you can understand that you have to afford all the shipping costs.

How to cancel my order?
Generally, we ship all orders within 48hours (90% within 24hours) in work days. You can sign in to "My Account" to check your order status anytime.

If you order is "Pending", you may email us your order number, we will cancel it and fully refund you ASAP.

If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse to sign for it and it will be returned to us without cost to you.  If you failed refusing it, you may return the item in it's original condition (unused and unopened) to us within 7 days. In such condition, hope you can understand we will refund you the payment excluding actual shipping fees already incurred.

How can I amend my order or shipping address?
Generally, we ship all orders within 48hours (90% within 24hours) in work days. You can sign in to "My Account" to check your order status anytime.

Orders and shipping address can be amened or changed when the order status is "Pending". When it is showing 'Pending', please contact us as soon as possible to amend your order or change your address. We will try our best to have them changed.

In some circumstances, the package may have already left our warehouse before we receive your request and thus it cannot be changed. Hope you can understand.
