However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return to any item seven business days after receipt of your refund or replacement of goods. This guarantee does not apply to custom orders, special orders or pieces have been modified to the requirements of each customer.
Shipping and handling charges tariffs commitment by the buyer, if any Customs dutires occurred. When you return any item, please send e-mail to you we must first show that the orders / items, resulting to return, then you have our return address. Once we get & Inspection return package, you should expect your return address, within 48 hours.

However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them.
If in case there is any defect for the electronic parts of the products within 180 days of your purchase after the normal use, we will replace the parts for you or fix the problem for you, but no including the other consumed parts, such as the Batteries, Cartridges, E-Liquid etc.
The Free Replacement Part will be shipped with China Post Parcel shipping method, or we will ship the Replacement Part with the another shipping method selected by your order for FREE.
